Who you buy from

The menu bot is made and supported by Airtime Media. Payment is handled by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record: Gumroad charges you, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and sends your receipt and invoice. We never see your card details. Neither WhatsApp nor Meta is involved in the sale.

What you buy

For a one-time $22.99 you get your auto-reply menu as a working bot: the bot file with the menu you made on this site already inside, a step-by-step setup guide, a licence and support instructions. The download is built for you when your payment is confirmed and stays available in your customer portal. There is no subscription and no recurring fee to us.

The bot runs in your own Cloudflare and Meta accounts. Those companies have their own terms and prices: Cloudflare's free plan covers a small business, and Meta charges per message above its free allowance. Those costs are yours and are not part of our price.

Your licence

You may install, run and change the software for the business or businesses you own or run yourself, on any number of phone numbers, for as long as you like. You may not resell, share or publish it, or offer it to others as a hosted service; setting it up for a client takes one purchase per client. The full licence text is in your download.

Support and menu changes

Technical support by e-mail is included for 30 days from your purchase: help with the setup, and changes to your menu as often as you like. We answer within two working days at [email protected]. After that the bot keeps working and remains yours, and you can still change the menu yourself; the setup guide shows how. Custom features are not included.

Refunds

If the bot does not work for you, you get your money back within 30 days of the purchase. Reply to your Gumroad receipt or write to [email protected]; the refund goes back the way you paid. A refunded purchase closes its download. Rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected by anything on this page.

What we are not responsible for

The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Airtime Media is not liable for lost messages, lost business or other indirect damage, and its total liability is limited to the price you paid. WhatsApp and Meta can change their platform, prices and rules at any time; we update the software and the guide where we can, but their decisions are not ours.

This site and this product are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sold by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner and is named here only to describe what the product works with.
